Everyone seems to be cognitively over-loaded, too many decisions overwhelming their brain. But I feel most people including myself waste their mental bandwidth on unnecessary inconsequential decisions which don’t need to be taken in the first place. 
Too much time spent picking the blog theme, too little time understanding what you want to write about.
